Meet the Team
Ethan Hunt
Attorney at Law
Ethan graduated from Neville High school in 1997, before attending Louisiana Tech University. Graduating from Tech in 2001 with a degree in Biology, Ethan went on to work in the environmental field, focusing on Phase I site assessments, asbestos inspections, wetland delineation and radio frequency assessments.
In 2003, Ethan enrolled in law school at LSU and graduated in 2006 with his Juris Doctorate.
Since 2006, Ethan has practiced in a variety of areas but has consistently maintained a focus on real estate transactions, business administrations, estate plannings, and succession. Ethan is the attorney for the Board of Directors for the Northeast Louisiana Board of Realtors.
Ethan has been married to Erin since 2005 and they have three children, Annie, Amelia and Andrew. They are faithful members of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Monroe, where Ethan teaches adult Sunday School. Additionally, he serves as the Chair for the Finance Committee for the Chamber of Commerce.
Ethan’s spare time is spent with his family, duck hunting, or watching LSU sports.
Rob Garner
Attorney at Law
Rob Garner is originally from Monroe and a proud Neville High School graduate. He went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2001 and his Juris Doctorate from LSU Law School in 2004. Since that time, Rob has practiced law in Northeast Louisiana and specializes in real estate, business organizations, transactions and estate planning.
Rob and his wife Meredith are the parents of Robert, Carolina, Ryan, and Reid. They are members of First Baptist Church where Rob serves as a trustee and an Elder on the Personnel Committee. Rob serves as the Chairman for the Seeker Springs Ministry organization and is on the Executive Committee of Louisiana Purchase Council Boy Scouting America. In the past, Rob has been involved with Monroe Rotary and other non-profit organizations throughout the community.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the Sportsman’s Paradise, and playing golf.
Maranda Stewart
Closing Coordinator
A native and lifelong resident of Farmerville, Louisiana, Maranda earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University in 1997, followed by a Masters in General Counseling and Development from Louisiana Tech University in 2000. She is the proud wife of Todd Stewart and the loving mother of two amazing sons, Chandler and Ben. Together, they are faithful members of the Farmerville Church of Christ. In her spare time, Maranda enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Kaitlyn Creech
Paralegal
Kaitlyn supports our attorneys in their legal work, including scheduling meetings, assisting with legal filings, and all things related to making sure files move along smoothly. She and her husband welcomed their first child in late 2024. They are members of First Baptist Church in Monroe. In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, watching her husband play tennis, and following her favorite sports teams.
Mary Jane Turpin
Post Closer
A graduate of West Monroe High School, Mary Jane is the smiling face you will see when entering NELA Title Company’s offices. As our Post-Closer, Mary Jane handles completion of the file after you’ve signed all the papers, from recording Deeds to mailing lender packages.
When not at work, you can find her spending time with friends and family (especially her two cats), shopping, attending church at Grace Point in Monroe, traveling, and enjoying concerts and festivals.
